1. All items are 100% Brand NEW.
2. All goods sold are not refundable and non-exchangeable.
3. All prices stated are fixed and sold in Ringgit Malaysia. (RM)
4. All price are excluded postage.
5. We will post the items after we received confirmation of full payment has been made
6. We will try our best to ensure that all items are packed properly and address are written clearly as well as return address stated (if undelivered). Therefore, ReezMie Chantique Shoppe will not be responsible for any loss and damage occured due to POS department neglectness/careless.
7. Full refund of the amount will be paid if order is cancelled by ReezMie Chantique Shoppe (e.g. due to item out of stock).
8. There will be no refund for cancellation of order after payment received.
9. All items sold are of quality products. We will try our best to ensure that the pictures of our products shown are accurate represent the actual items. However, we cannot guarantee that there will not be a slight variation in colour, design & size. The colour of the item may vary slightly as it depends on your monitor display of colours.
10. This Terms & Conditions may be added, amended or altered from time to time by ReezMie Chantique Shoppe and we reserved the full right.
    
    

PRE-ORDER GUIDELINES (applicable for pre-order products only.)

1. Each photo and detail of the products is provided by Supplier.
2. ReezMie Chantique Shoppe do not bear any responsiblity for the pre-order products problems. (eg. quality and color variation) However, we will try our best to help our customer solve the problems occur.
3. Payment is not refundable within the stock pending period, but if order is out of stock, 100% payment will be refunded.
4. Pre-Order products would take approximately one (1) month to reach ReezMie Chantique Shoppe, those who is not able to wait, please do not make your order.

TERMA & SYARAT

1. Semua barang adalah 100% BARU.
2. Semua barang yang telah dijual tidak boleh dipulangkan semula dan ditukar.
3. Harga yang tertera adalah harga tetap dan kami berurusan dalam matawang Ringgit Malaysia sahaja. (RM)
4. Semua harga barang adalah tidak termasuk kos penghantaran.
5. Barang akan dipos setelah kami menerima bukti pembayaran telah dibuat.
6. Kami akan mencuba sebaik mungkin untuk memastikan semua barang dibungkus dengan sempurna dan alamat penerima serta alamat pemulangan (sekiranya barang tidak berjaya dihantar) ditulis dengan jelas. Oleh sebab itu, ReezMie Chantique Shoppe tidak akan bertanggungjawab atas sebarang kehilangan atau kerosakan barangan akibat kecuaian/kelalaian pihak POS.
7. Amaun penuh akan dipulangkan sekiranya order dibatalkan oleh ReezMie Chantique Shoppe. (cth: disebabkan barang kehabisan stok)
8. Jika pembeli membatalkan order setelah pembayaran dibuat, ReezMie Chantique Shoppe tidak akan memulangkan semula bayaran tersebut.
9. Semua barang yang dijual adalah berkualiti. Kami akan mencuba sebaik mungkin untuk memastikan gambar produk kami adalah tepat dan sama dengan barang yang sebenar. Walaubagaimanapun, ReezMie Chantique Shoppe tidak dapat memberi jaminan bahawa tidak ada sedikit pun perbezaan dalam warna, rekaan atau saiz. Warna mungkin berbeza sedikit disebabkan oleh perbezaan warna yang dipaparkan pada skrin monitor anda.
10. Terma dan Syarat ini mungkin ditambah, digubal atau diubah dari masa ke semasa oleh ReezMie Chantique Shoppe dan kami mempunyai hak mutlak untuk berbuat demikian.

ARAHAN UNTUK PRE-ORDER (untuk barangan Pre-Order sahaja)

1. Setiap gambar dan produk disediakan oleh pembekal kami.
2. ReezMie Chantique Shoppe tidak bertanggungjawab atas sebarang masalah dari barangan Pre-Order. (cth: kualiti dan perbezaan warna) Walaubagaimanapun, kami akan mencuba yang terbaik untuk membantu pelanggan kami menyelesaikan masalah yang timbul.
3. Pembayaran yang telah dibuat tidak akan dipulangkan dalam tempoh menunggu stok tiba. Jika order kehabisan stok, 100% amaun bayaran akan dipulangkan semula.
4. Barangan Pre-Order akan mengambil masa lebih kurang satu (1) bulan untuk sampai ke butik ReezMie Chantique Shoppe. Sesiapa yang tidak berupaya/sabar menunggu dinasihatkan supaya tidak membuat order.
